This course provides an overview of living with epilepsy and intellectual disability. It offers practical suggestions for minimising seizure risks and enhancing quality of life.The course  has been highly commended by disability support organisations for the interactive and engaging activities to practice the challenging area of effective documentation.

Please note this course does not cover seizure first aid. For seizure first aid please see Epilepsy Essentials.

Is anything required before I start? 

There are no prerequisites for this course , however for an overview of epilepsy and seizure first aid it is suggested that Epilepsy Essentials is completed first.  

What happens when I finish? 

Participants will be required to complete online quizzes and will then receive a certificate of completion.
